An Australian data room built by people who ran the deals.
Linkro exists because the software used to run Australian transactions was built in the 2010s, priced to punish disclosure, and hosted wherever was cheapest. We rebuilt it, in Australia, with AI in the architecture instead of bolted on.
The category stopped improving.
A data room has one job: let the right people read the right documents, prove who read what, and make it easy to answer their questions. Most platforms do that adequately and then charge in a way that changes behaviour. Per-page and per-user pricing makes teams disclose less and invite fewer reviewers, which is the opposite of what a clean process needs.
The second problem is quieter. A provider can advertise Australian storage while its support team, its AI vendor or its backup infrastructure sits offshore. Counsel asked to confirm where deal documents live cannot answer that from a marketing page.
Linkro is our answer to both. Capacity-based pricing with unlimited users, all data and all sub-processors in Australia, and AI that cites the document and page it answered from.
Four things that define Linkro.
Plain claims, checkable.
Every standout claim on this site is written with a date and a note about how we checked it. If a competitor holds ISO/IEC 42001, or moves its processing onshore, we will change the page rather than leave a claim standing that is no longer true.
We say coming soon where a capability is coming soon. The AI review features are marked that way because it is accurate, and we would rather lose a deal than misrepresent timing.
Questions, answered.
- Who is behind Linkro?
- Linkro is built and operated by Linkro Pty Ltd, ACN 687 898 488, an Australian company. The team comes from transaction work and from building regulated software, which is why the product is opinionated about disclosure control and evidence rather than storage.
- Where is Linkro based?
- Linkro is an Australian company. Customer data is stored in Australian data centres and every sub-processor is Australian.
- Is Linkro certified?
- Linkro holds ISO 27001 for information security and ISO/IEC 42001 for AI management systems. Those are the only two certifications we claim.
- How do I get in touch?
- Use the contact page, or email sales@linkro.com.au. Security, ethics and privacy matters have their own addresses, listed on the contact page.
